I have had the pleasure to work alongside Gissel at Experian Consumer Services. She always looked for ways to revamp our content on the site to better answer questions for consumers. In addition, she was pivotal in establishing content roadmaps for new verticals. Leveraging internal data and pulling competitor insights, Gissel presented thoughtful content plans that would satisfy needs of not just the SEO team but CRM, Paid, and Social Channels.
